#111: My Top Gut-Friendly Travel Tips

Does the thought of travel make you think about gut issues like food poisoning, diarrhoea, gut pain and discomfort? Or even just poor sleep and jetlag? I’ve suffered my share of all of these things and had some really awful (and embarrassing) experiences over the years. Thankfully, I can say I am able to avoid them now.

I’ve just had 3 amazing weeks in Greece on an idyllic island in the Aegean Sea with sunshine and friends and fresh food. And I just wanted to share my top travel tips for staying happy and healthy while you are away on your next holiday.
