Hey there, I'm Fran.

I'm here to help you get to the root cause of your symptoms so you can lose weight, get more energy and thrive.

I'm a Sydney-based Functional Nutritionist with a whole lotta passion for nutrition and real food.

My ten year journey with chronic fatigue involved countless visits to doctors and specialists, tens of thousands of dollars spent, not to mention the brain fog and fatigue that dealt a blow to my social life, stopped me from living the active adventurous life I craved, and at times, really dampened my spirit.


I was told the fatigue was just a stage, that I'd grow out of it. I was bloody exhausted and unbelievably frustrated.

One day, I'd had enough.

I started investigating how I could best take my health into my own hands. This started with nutrition. I ditched the gluten (for real this time), lay off the processed food and focused on nutrient dense, whole-foods. The digestive problems and painful bloating cleared up overnight. I dove in head first and studied nutrition.

I felt better by the day. But I knew that even more was possible, and I discovered the mindset aspect of health. I immersed myself in personal development and discovered the magic of slowing down, chilling out and having fun.

From my own experience, from my work with clients and years of study, here’s how to you can get the results you’re after:

  1. Understand that there’s no such thing as a one-size-fits-all diet - stop following fad diets and taking supplements that aren’t right for you!

  2. Get functional testing to get the the root cause of your symptoms and find the diet and supplements that will work best for your unique body.

  3. Commit to making lasting change in your life - you WILL get there and it doesn’t have to be hard.
