The number one mistake I see most people make is not consuming enough protein.
While nothing beats food-based protein from animal sources like meat, seafood and eggs, I realise that many of us are busy, and adding in a protein powder can be a quick and easy way to make sure you’re meeting your daily protein needs.
The question is, which protein powder is best? This is without a doubt the number one question I get asked as a nutritionist.
