TMP #27: Understanding Human Design with Cailee Anello

If you’ve worked with me before you may know that I’m obsessed with personality tests. I love Gretchen Rubin’s Four Tendencies and often use this approach with clients and in my programs. I also love the enneagram and Myers Briggs.

So, of course I was very excited to discover a new framework - Human Design. This is another great framework or lens that we can use to get to know ourselves better. I think this is so important to help us learn about ourselves in order to figure out what’s important for us and to help us reach our goals in life.

In this episode, I chat with Cailee Anello who is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Human Design Analyst, and is currently working toward becoming a homeopath. Her mission is to help people activate their innate healing potential and to connect back to their soul purpose with nutrition, energy medicine, and human design.

In this episode, Cailee shares with us:

  • What human design is

  • The best way to find out your human design type

  • How to work with your human design energy type to feel energised, reach your goals and be the best version of yourself
