I know what it’s like to feel tired all the time, and I know just how challenging and frustrating it can be. It really impacts every single aspect of your life. I found it hard to focus at work, I didn't really feel like socialising or doing anything that might wear me out too much, and I really just felt like I was just hanging on - I wasn’t loving life, I was just existing.
And coming out the other side, it feels so good to have energy; to be able to train hard in the gym, to go out for cocktails with my friends and not be completely wiped afterwards, and to be able to travel and just feel good. And if you’re struggling with low energy, I really want you to feel better too!
