Purchasing the High Vibe & Gut Healthy Collective does not include regular communication with Fran Dargaville.

Simple questions regarding the course can be sent to hello@frandargaville.com and a response will be sent within 3 business days. These can also be asked within the Facebook group or on our regular calls.

Depending on the nature of the advice, you may need to book an individual consultation. In some cases, it isn’t appropriate to provide personalised nutrition advice without a full understanding of your health history.

Refunds

1. Due to the nature of digital products, we will not offer a refund for change of mind. 

2. A full refund for the High Vibe & Gut Healthy Collective is only issued if:

   - It is within 21 days of your purchase date

   - You have completed the course. All lessons must be completed (we can confirm this). You must send this to us to evaluate before a refund is issued.

3. A refund cannot be provided for any one-on-one services.
