Sometimes we get so tangled up in controlling our diet and exercise routines, we lose sight of the importance of feeling happy and balanced and enjoying every day.

In this episode, I talk with Kat Paraskevopoulos about nourishing body and soul with a combination of nutritious food, nourishing relationships and movement (with the odd treat thrown in!).
