I use the Great Lakes Unflavoured Beef Gelatin, because it's great quality and comes from grass-fed cows.
These gummies make a great healthy on-the-go snack or dessert!
1 400ml can coconut milk
10 tbsp gelatin
3 tbsp raw honey
1 tsp vanilla powder
Add all ingredients to a saucepan on very low heat and whisk until gelatin is dissolved. Pour mixture into silicone ice cube trays and place in the freezer. After around 10 minutes, when gelatin is set, you can remove gummies from the tray and store them in the fridge!
