Refreshing Green Smoothie

If you're not big on veg for breakfast or looking for a healthy snack at work, a green smoothie is a great option! I make my smoothie the night before, store it in a glass jar and sip on it in the morning at work. This recipe is low on sugar, so it's perfect for every day.


1 cucumber
5 cos lettuce leaves
5 whole stems of fresh mint
juice of half a lemon
1 cup coconut water
2cm cube fresh ginger, sliced


Add all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. Add stevia or a dash of honey to sweeten if desired.
