Choc Mint Bliss Balls

Looking for something quick, easy and healthy to bring to summer barbecues? You will win everyone over with these choc mint bliss balls! Even the not-so-healthy skeptic. 

INGREDIENTS

1 cup almonds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 heaped tbsp raw cacao powder
1 heaped tbsp coconut oil
10 pitted medjool dates
2 drops peppermint essential oils (must be high quality, we love Young Living which you can buy here!)
1 cup desiccated coconut

METHOD

Add almonds and sunflower seeds to blender and blend until finely ground. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Roll into balls and cover with desiccated coconut.
