It's getting pretty crisp here in Sydney. I'm most def not cut out for Sydney winter. Yep I know, it's almost 20 degrees outside. "It's not cold", they tell me.
Well, to me it's bloody freezing! I'm already wearing my puffy jacket and scarf erry day. I'm more of a warm weather kinda chick, and I'd happily live in sweaty 40-degree Bali heat for the rest of my life.
So, back to the banana bread. To help me survive the tundra of Sydney winter, I was craving something warm and tasty to go with my cuppa as I get stuck in to my last assignment of the semester. This bread absolutely nailed it.
