2017 has been an incredible year, although it hasn’t always been easy.
At times it has seemed as though the world has been in total chaos.
I keep seeing this picture floating around the interwebs of 2016 being the caterpillar, 2017 being the cocoon and 2018 representing the butterfly.
I don’t know about you, but this feels so spot on for me.
In 2016, I started this little business, and had no idea of what was ahead of me. There was a lot of change in my life, and it was overwhelming and exciting all at once.
In early 2017, I did my yoga teacher training in India, where I met the most incredible bunch of people and learned loads about myself. Like, how much I love masala dosa and how much I don’t love meditating cross-legged for a whole hour! ;)
Later in the year, I had my first taste of being a digital nomad and worked remotely from Bali for a month.
I ran the High Vibe Challenge for the first time, and had over 60 people join me in supercharging their mindset. Stay tuned – the challenge will be running again very soon and it’s going to be bigger and better than before!
Plus, I had the privilege of helping dozens of awesome people bring their bodies into balance with real food nutrition both one:one and in group programs.
So, what’s next?!
I have huge plans for 2018, including more in-person events, an online program, and maybe even a podcast!
And I really want to thank you for playing a part. Without you, my little corner of the internet would be nowhere near as awesome!
Having witnessed the state of the world, and all the craziness that’s been going on, I can tell you one thing: it’s time to rise.
It’s time for:
// more good
// more inspiration
// more contribution
// more living on purpose
// more making the world a better place
So, what are you planning for 2018? Today is the perfect opportunity to get out a blank piece of paper and start creating your dream life.
I wrote a post this time last year on how to create your best year, and I don’t think I can top it! Learn how to create your best year yet right here.
Thanks again for sticking around.
Here's to an awesome 2018!
